Position Title: National Key Account Manager - Water Solutions (Remote)

Overview

As a National Key Account Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our strategic initiatives within the Water/Wastewater sector while establishing valuable partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead sales strategy by identifying and engaging opportunities within key accounts.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline utilizing SalesForce to ensure consistent quarterly growth.
  • Create and present technical sales presentations in collaboration with engineering teams for prospective clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners to meet sales goals.
  • Regularly provide market insights and performance reports to the Commercial Director.
  • Engage extensively throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure.

Required Skills

  • Strong technical and sales acumen in the Water/Wastewater industry.
  • Proven ability to manage national accounts effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Familiarity with market dynamics and trends within the Water/Wastewater sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms such as SalesForce; experience with SAP is an advantage.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or marketing within the Water/Wastewater industry, particularly in reverse osmosis and water treatment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing national accounts and achieving growth objectives.
  • Experience in delivering compelling technical presentations.
  • Willingness to travel 30-50% as required.
