Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead sales strategy by identifying and engaging opportunities within key accounts.
- Oversee the sales pipeline utilizing SalesForce to ensure consistent quarterly growth.
- Create and present technical sales presentations in collaboration with engineering teams for prospective clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners to meet sales goals.
- Regularly provide market insights and performance reports to the Commercial Director.
- Engage extensively throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure.
- Strong technical and sales acumen in the Water/Wastewater industry.
- Proven ability to manage national accounts effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Familiarity with market dynamics and trends within the Water/Wastewater sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms such as SalesForce; experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or marketing within the Water/Wastewater industry, particularly in reverse osmosis and water treatment.
- Demonstrated success in managing national accounts and achieving growth objectives.
- Experience in delivering compelling technical presentations.
- Willingness to travel 30-50% as required.
