- Assist in the development and enhancement of performance marketing strategies, ensuring meticulous daily execution and strategic modifications.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to implement best practices in organic social media, effectively improving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and pursue opportunities for refining performance media strategies, including display media growth, community engagement on social platforms, retention tactics, and brand launch initiatives.
- Contribute to enhancing customer experience and achieving measurable outcomes across marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in managing paid digital media campaigns, particularly through Google AdWords and social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.

- Demonstrable experience in handling paid search and social media management, including direct response and iterative marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with campaign management tools, particularly Google AdWords and Meta Ads Manager.
