Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer acquisition initiatives by managing paid search and social media campaigns across diverse digital channels.
- Oversee the setup and ongoing optimization of performance marketing campaigns, ensuring daily execution and strategic enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to establish best practices for organic social media and enhance key performance metrics (KPIs).
- Identify and recommend strategies to advance performance media efforts, including display media growth, social community engagement, and retention strategies.
- Contribute to improving the customer experience while driving measurable outcomes across all campaigns.
- Proficiency in paid digital media platforms (Google AdWords) and social media marketing (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest).
- Strong analytical skills with a commitment to using data for informed decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Demonstrated experience in managing paid search and social media campaigns, including iterative marketing and direct response strategies.
- Familiarity with campaign management tools such as Google AdWords and Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of reporting tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Reporting, Tableau, or Supermetrics is advantageous, but not mandatory.
- 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in managing paid search programs.
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
- Google AdWords Certification and Meta Blueprint Certification are strongly preferred.
