Key Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and cultivate personal insurance prospects through diverse communication channels, including in-person meetings, calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up, timely quotations, and comprehensive support, proactively addressing client needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities, expanding coverage for existing clients and re-engaging previous customers through effective networking.
- Facilitate the best coverage and rates for clients by obtaining quotes, processing applications, and binding insurance, while guiding clients in understanding their policies and coverage options.
- Prepare clients for policy renewals, with a focus on retention and prompt, professional service addressing all client needs.
- Monitor key performance metrics to meet sales targets while ensuring accurate documentation of all sales activities.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, mentor junior staff, and contribute valuable insights during team discussions.
- Stay informed on industry developments, including legislative changes, new products, and technology, to enhance overall performance and knowledge.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, as well as rating and underwriting procedures, to effectively manage and grow your book of business.
- Proven track record in business-to-business sales, showcasing strong presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Client-centric with an innate talent for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of independently managing complex tasks and making informed decisions.

- Must possess the necessary insurance license as mandated by your state.
