Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the product vision in tandem with service designers and strategists.
- Spearhead the discovery process by engaging with financial advisors to gather feedback and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
- Develop and execute pilot programs, utilizing A/B testing methodologies to evaluate features and operational effectiveness.
- Carry out pricing and unit economics analyses to construct robust business cases that support scaling initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team through the stages of discovery, development, and launch of new products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategists, designers, and analysts, within our expansive venture ecosystem.
- Present strategic visions, updates, and insights to senior leadership to facilitate alignment on critical business decisions.
- Proven expertise in product management and strategic thinking within the financial services sector.
- Excellent leadership capabilities with a strong focus on team dynamics and project execution.
- Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to convert insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with Lean Startup principles and methodologies.
- Deep understanding of financial services and an enthusiasm for fintech innovation.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or strategy consulting, particularly in fields such as corporate strategy or innovation.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in digital sales and marketing focusing on lead generation.
- Preferred: Master's degree (MBA) in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related discipline.
