Shape the Vision : Lead product discovery efforts in collaboration with service designers and strategists to establish service parameters, business models, pricing strategies, and operational frameworks.Engage with Users : Directly connect with financial advisors to collect feedback and extract meaningful insights.Test and Iterate : Conceptualize and implement pilot programs, leveraging A / B testing and data-driven methodologies to refine features.Drive Business Value : Execute pricing analysis, develop unit economics, and create persuasive business cases for new offerings.Build Teams : Assemble and nurture a high-caliber team from the discovery phase through to market launch.Collaborate Across Functions : Partner closely with strategists, designers, business operations, and analysts to realize your vision.Communicate with Leadership : Provide regular updates on progress, articulate the vision, and engage in strategic decision-making with senior leaders.Required Skills
Proven experience in sales processes, funnel optimization, and inbound / outbound marketing.Demonstrated proficiency with Lean Startup methodologies.Strong analytical capabilities to derive insights and deliver actionable recommendations.Expertise in human-centered design and facilitating collaborative workshops.Comprehensive understanding of financial services and fintech, with a motivation to enhance access to financial advice.Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in business / product management, strategy consulting, or related fields centered on corporate strategy, innovation, and new ventures.At least 1-2 years of experience in digital sales, marketing, or lead generation.Preferred Qualifications
