Key Responsibilities

  • Drive innovation by developing and implementing solutions tailored for energy suppliers, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their pricing structures and processes.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and data teams to refine pricing models, ensuring that we secure optimal rates for our customers.
  • Work synergistically with a dedicated product squad composed of engineers, designers, and data specialists to ensure the effective discovery and delivery of product enhancements.
  • Serve as a product evangelist, articulating the vision and value of our product to inspire both your team and stakeholders.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with commercial, marketing, and customer support teams to maximize value for customers and the business.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of energy markets, supplier dynamics, and regulatory shifts to inform pricing strategies.
  • Own the product roadmap, establishing priorities that align with customer value and corporate objectives.
  • Leverage data to analyze market trends, supplier pricing, and consumer behaviors to guide product improvements.

Required Skills

  • Over 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in an agile product team within sectors such as energy, payments, or fintech, with an emphasis on pricing and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, proficient in navigating complex systems and industry intricacies.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and data teams.
  • Excellent communication capabilities, enabling engagement with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Proven track record of establishing and nurturing robust B2B relationships.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of product management experience.
  • An understanding of energy markets, pricing models, and regulatory environments is advantageous but not essential.
  • A successful history of delivering impactful products that provide tangible value to customers.
