Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product backlog items and features to reflect the product vision and strategic objectives.
- Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings to develop impactful features that align with overall goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify challenges and translate them into actionable technology enhancements.
- Create clear and concise user stories, accompanied by detailed acceptance criteria, to facilitate high-quality, efficient development.
- Act as the primary liaison for the development and testing teams, addressing impediments and clarifying objectives.
- Engage in agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, grooming sessions, sprint planning, and reviews.
- Monitor product quality and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive product documentation and support the creation of training materials for stakeholders.
- Track and report on the progress of assigned products throughout the year.
- Serve as the main contact for technology-related needs, fostering collaborative relationships with all stakeholders.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Healthcare IT solutions is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in utilizing Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence for software development.
- Proven capability to analyze data and leverage insights for informed product decisions.
- Expertise in crafting product requirements and detailed acceptance criteria.
- Exceptional communication skills, with experience in cross-functional and remote team environments.
- A process-oriented mindset, with the adaptability to implement effective change management strategies.
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, marketing, or a related field, coupled with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
