Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily projects and programs, ensuring seamless execution and timely resolution of any challenges that arise.
• Oversee the production and distribution processes in collaboration with contract manufacturers and dental service organizations (DSOs).
• Organize and facilitate educational training sessions for DSO practices, including regional meetings and webinars.
• Lead the onboarding process for new DSOs while executing effective marketing campaigns.
• Act as the primary liaison for clients and manufacturers, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine business strategies aligned with our mission.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement adjustments to maintain operational efficiency.
• Continuously assess and enhance organizational processes and programs to achieve desired outcomes.
