- Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with both organizational and client objectives.
- Drive the delivery of engineering professional services while maintaining timely project execution.
- Collaborate with engineering teams for custom board enablement and Ubuntu image delivery.
- Create and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and statements of work.
- Secure client endorsements on project timelines and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing challenges proactively to meet expectations.
- Maintain open communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee third-party contributions, ensuring adherence to critical project schedules.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding project progress, risks, and milestones.
- Promote relevant technologies from our product portfolio to meet client requirements.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, accommodating varying time zones and flexible working arrangements as needed.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly in delivering engineering services to clients and overseeing software development teams.
- Proven ability to manage cross-cultural and multi-continent projects involving teams from Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
- Strong understanding of Linux and the open-source software landscape, alongside a solid grasp of computer architecture.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A proactive leader with a robust track record of successful collaborations and partnerships.
- PMP, PMI, or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
- Availability to work non-standard hours to support a global team.
- Willingness to travel up to four times annually for internal events.
- A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is required.
