Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with both organizational and client goals.
- Deliver professional engineering services, working with teams on custom board enablement and Ubuntu image implementation.
- Assist in developing project statements of work, schedules, and comprehensive plans.
- Ensure client alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
- Guarantee timely project completion within established scope, budget, and resource parameters.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing technical challenges to achieve project targets.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring project transparency and alignment.
- Monitor third-party deliverables to ensure their timely integration into projects.
- Provide consistent project status updates to leadership and relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and manage any custom engineering requests outside standard agreements.
- Advocate appropriate technologies to clients, aligning solutions with their requirements.
- Support activities across multiple time zones and maintain flexible working hours as project demands dictate.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently to ensure efficiency and success.
- Extensive project management experience in delivering engineering services, particularly in managing software development teams and field engineers.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-cultural projects with international teams.
- Solid understanding of Linux and the open-source software ecosystem, along with a comprehensive knowledge of computer architecture.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in English.

- PMP/PMI or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is advantageous.
