Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to pinpoint trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages within targeted U.S. markets.
  • Formulate an annual marketing strategy specific to the region, establishing clear quarterly objectives that align with overarching business goals.
  • Lead the design and execution of diverse marketing campaigns, generating compelling content and collaborating with channel specialists to ensure a unified brand message.
  • Develop detailed project outlines, including campaign briefs and performance evaluation reports, to facilitate execution and measure return on investment while fostering continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to develop and implement an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, tailoring outreach to prospective clients effectively.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with sales teams, integrating their insights to ensure campaign strategies align seamlessly with sales processes.
  • Leverage database analytics and segmentation strategies to create optimized audience lists targeting key personas.
  • Oversee local direct mail initiatives and manage the regional events calendar.
  • Attend and support trade shows, conferences, and smaller events, while assessing their overall success.

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in a Regional Marketing Specialist role or similar B2B marketing position, with a robust understanding of demand generation and marketing best practices.
  • Proficient in marketing automation software and customer relationship management tools, capable of analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational abilities, with a dedication to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • A proactive and independent approach, adept at managing multiple projects while prioritizing effectively.
  • A keen curiosity for exploring new markets coupled with a resilient problem-solving mindset to enhance strategies and navigate challenges.
