Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Advertising Sales & Account Manager to join our dedicated remote team. Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and delivering customized solutions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, providing exemplary service.
  • Conduct market analysis to discover new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
  • Present persuasive proposals and illustrate the value of our services to clients.
  • Address client objections with professionalism and creativity.
  • Monitor account performance, assess key metrics, and refine strategies for optimal results.
  • Negotiate contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and forecasts.
  • Generate insightful reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization at local business events, establishing new connections and promoting our brand.
  • Assist with on-site support for company-hosted events, including both business and consumer-focused initiatives.

    Compensation and Benefits

    This position offers a competitive base salary of $30,000 along with commission on all sales. Additional benefits include remote work, flexible scheduling, a generous commission structure, 15 days of paid time off to start, 10 paid holidays, health care subsidies, and Roth IRA contributions after one year.
