Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads using Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other demand generation tools.
- Engage in proactive outreach via phone calls (40-50 daily) and email campaigns (30 daily).
- Qualify prospective customers and coordinate appointments for the sales team.
- Ensure accurate lead information is maintained and updated in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective lead generation campaigns.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events as necessary.
- Assist in organizing product demonstrations and presentations for sales engagements.
- Customize sales materials and presentations according to client requirements.
- Provide essential administrative support, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
- Track and follow up on sales leads to facilitate effective communication and conversion.
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities and interactions in the CRM.
- Aid in coordinating product demonstrations and marketing initiatives.
- Support the preparation of RFX proposals and conduct market research as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales support, lead generation, or a similar capacity.
- Strong research and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional evening meetings and demonstrations.
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for business purposes.
- Experience within the enterprise SaaS industry, particularly in ERP, SRM, or SCM solutions is preferred.
- Understanding of Design-to-Pay solutions and procurement supply chain management.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Salesforce lead generation tools.
- Experience collaborating with international and cross-functional teams.
