Sales Executive - Vacation Rental Property Management

Location: Kauai, HI (Remote, Local Candidates Only)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with prospective homeowners to introduce our property management services.
  • Conduct outbound and inbound sales initiatives through phone, video calls, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Foster relationships with local real estate agents and industry professionals to generate referrals.
  • Research local market trends and competitor activities to maintain an informed sales strategy.
  • Tailor outreach materials and proposals to meet the specific needs of potential clients.
  • Keep an organized pipeline of leads, ensuring all activities are updated in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with operations and support teams to provide homeowners with a seamless experience.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and community gatherings with professionalism.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

  • A current real estate license in Hawaii is required.
