We are seeking a motivated and passionate Sales Manager to join our team, operating remotely from the US or Canada. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our sales initiatives across the Americas, contributing to our mission of revolutionizing ticket and tour sales within the dynamic tours, attractions, and SaaS technology industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire sales cycle in North America, from lead generation to finalizing new business deals in sectors such as attractions, tours, and cultural sites.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to introduce our innovative solutions that drive their success.
  • Meet and exceed sales objectives while identifying opportunities to demonstrate the value of our offerings to target audiences.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our product.
  • Provide valuable insights from sales interactions to inform product development internally.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Development Representative to implement successful sales campaigns.
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure we exceed customer expectations.
  • Work closely with Product Management and Marketing to develop content that enhances brand awareness and generates new business leads.
  • Accurately forecast sales projections and maintain a consistent pipeline using Hubspot.

Required Skills

  • Native English speaker or possess at least 5 years of experience in English-speaking markets (minimum C1 level).
  • Fluency in Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales quotas exceeding $600k in enterprise markets.
  • Strong account management and sales planning skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

  • Residency within the continental US or Canada is required.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and trade shows.
  • A valid passport and the capability to travel internationally (infrequently).
  • Previous experience in SaaS or a related industry is favored.
  • Direct sales experience in the attractions or similar sectors is a plus.
