Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete sales cycle throughout North America, from prospecting leads to successfully closing new business within the attractions, tours, hop-on-hop-off buses, and cultural sites sectors.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and introduce our cutting-edge solutions that drive business success.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while identifying and articulating the value of our offerings to prospective customers.
- Keep abreast of market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive landscapes to effectively position our product.
- Provide valuable insights derived from sales interactions to inform product development and strategy.
- Collaborate with the Sales Development Representative to implement impactful sales campaigns.
- Partner closely with the Customer Success team to surpass the expectations of new clients.
- Work alongside Product Management and Marketing to produce content that enhances brand visibility and generates new business leads.
- Accurately forecast and report sales projections, ensuring a robust pipeline in Hubspot.
- Native English speaker or possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in English-speaking markets (at least C1 level).
- Fluency in Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated history of achieving sales quotas exceeding $600k in enterprise markets.
- Residence within the continental US or Canada is required.
- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and industry trade shows.
- A valid passport facilitating international travel (infrequent).
- Experience in SaaS or related industry sales is preferred.
- Direct sales experience in attractions or similar sectors is a plus.
- Strong skills in sales planning and account management.
- Creative and analytical problem-solving abilities alongside a strong drive to meet revenue goals.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- A self-motivated individual capable of effective time management in a remote work setting.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
