Job Overview

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive / Manager to join our vibrant and expanding team. This remote role, with required travel, is pivotal in spearheading our sales initiatives across the United States market. You will oversee the complete sales cycle, which includes lead qualification, cold outreach, understanding client objectives, arranging and delivering impactful demonstrations, conducting in-person meetings, and representing our esteemed company at international events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Proactively drive new business through various channels including cold calling, networking events, social media engagement, and utilizing contact databases to identify and connect with potential clients.
  • Account Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with current clients, ensuring their needs are met while fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Presentations & Proposals: Develop and present persuasive presentations and customized proposals to prospective clients.
  • Strategic Relationships: Forge strategic connections with C-level executives and key decision-makers to expand account growth.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and partners.
  • Territory Management: Manage your designated territory or account pipeline, employing innovative strategies to enhance regional growth and drive revenue.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our offerings.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (including analysts, marketing, and sales) to devise and implement effective strategies in alignment with company objectives.
  • Travel: Engage in travel across the US and internationally to meet clients, deliver presentations, and represent the company at various events.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain an accurate and updated CRM database while providing consistent performance reports on sales activities.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales with an emphasis on consultative selling, account management, and upselling.
  • Demonstrated success in revenue growth year-over-year, particularly in selling subscription services, research reports, or consulting offerings.
  • Strong initiative, self-motivation, and adept problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building prowess.
  • Attention to detail and a systematic approach to sales processes.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
