We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated Sales Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on the Americas from a remote location within North America. Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the complete sales cycle across North America, from lead identification to securing new business within the attractions and tourism sectors.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers to effectively introduce and integrate our innovative solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by showcasing the value of our offerings to potential clients.
  • Remain informed about current market trends and competitive landscape to strategically position our products.
  • Provide insightful feedback from client interactions to contribute to product development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Development Representative to implement effective sales campaigns.
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless experience for new customers.
  • Work with Product Management and Marketing teams to develop content that enhances brand recognition and generates new business leads.
  • Accurately forecast and report on sales projections, maintaining a robust pipeline using Hubspot.

Required Skills

  • Native English proficiency or a minimum of 5 years of sales experience within English-speaking markets (C1 level or higher).
  • Proven success in achieving sales quotas exceeding $600k in enterprise markets.
  • Strong skills in sales planning and account management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Creative and analytical problem-solving skills with a strong commitment to achieving revenue targets.
  • A proactive self-starter capable of managing time effectively in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

  • Must reside within the continental United States or Canada.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and industry trade shows.
  • Valid passport and ability to undertake occasional international travel.
  • Experience in SaaS or relevant industry sales is preferred, with direct sales experience in attractions or similar sectors considered an asset.

  • Competitive salary with a base of \(5,000-\)6,000 monthly, complemented by OTE earnings.
