Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Schedule and conduct consultations via phone or Zoom to guide clients through the application process for life insurance policies.
- This is a commission-based role, offering significant earning potential and an opportunity for a 5% commission increase every two months based on performance.
- Candidates must either possess or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License, with support provided for the licensing process.
- Reliable internet and access to Zoom for virtual meetings is required.
- Comprehensive training and mentorship programs to ensure your success and professional growth.
- A warm lead system, eliminating the need for cold calling—allowing you to focus on serving clients.
- Competitive compensation structure with earnings of approximately \(500-\)600 per completed application.
- Part-time agents typically earn between \(30k and \)60k in their inaugural year, while full-time agents have the potential to earn between \(80k and \)190k .
- Seasoned agency owners can also generate passive income ranging from \(200k to \)500k annually.
