Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our esteemed team of mental health professionals in a remote capacity. This part-time position allows you to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals and families in Monroe County, IL, while enjoying the flexibility of working from home and setting your own hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of clinical services, including assessments, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, marital therapy, and case management.
• Ensure timely completion of all required clinical documentation, such as assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in line with agency guidelines.
• Meet the agency’s standards for billable services and actively participate in peer reviews and program evaluations.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate effectively with clinical supervisors and program staff on administrative tasks and program planning.
• Participate in staff meetings, clinical staff evaluations, and supervision sessions.
• Provide mentorship to practicum students, when necessary.
• Assist in community education initiatives and contribute to program policy updates.
  
  

Required Skills

• A Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• An active Illinois State License in Professional Counseling or Social Work.
• Proven experience in counseling both adults and children.
• Familiarity with a community mental health environment.
• Experience in delivering telehealth therapy to diverse age groups.
• Capability to work independently from home with a reliable internet connection while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Proficiency in resolving technical issues either independently or with minimal guidance.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
