Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming inquiries and prospect calls via web chat and call centers
- Act swiftly on after-hours or missed calls, ensuring effective follow-up
- Engage prospective sellers through various communication channels, including text messages, emails, and phone calls
- Schedule appointments for Real Estate Consultants to further the sales process
- Audit leads to guarantee timely and appropriate follow-up
- Assign unassigned leads to Real Estate Consultants
- Follow up on aged leads to ensure no opportunities are overlooked
- Provide general sales support to the team as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to effectively follow up on leads and initiate the qualification process
- Proficient in handling diverse communication methods (text messaging, emails, phone calls)
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational capabilities
- Experienced in managing a high volume of calls
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call environment
- Familiarity with working alongside consumers or homeowners is preferred
- Experience within the real estate sector is advantageous
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
