Key Responsibilities
- Engage in opportunity tracking by leveraging sales tools to identify and manage new prospects, generate quotes, and facilitate order processing.
- Collaborate effectively with the partner sales team to transform inbound inquiries into viable sales conversions.
- Produce detailed reports to monitor the progression of opportunities from initial engagement to successful closure.
- Provide crucial sales support including managing inbound and outbound communications to promote our innovative products and services.
- Deliver prospective clients with comprehensive product information, including pricing structures and quotes.
- Coordinate and conduct sales training sessions focusing on new product offerings, industry developments, and competitive advantages.
- Maintain meticulous sales records, forecasts, and opportunities within the CRM system.
- Partner closely with account executives, sales managers, and technical teams to foster new business development initiatives.

- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, with a preference for candidates from technology or cybersecurity backgrounds.

- Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement software.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- A results-driven attitude with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A self-starter with the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively.

- Flexibility to work on-site four days a week in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, with one remote workday available.
- Minimal travel is required for this role.
