Job Overview

We are actively seeking a driven Sales Support Specialist to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for transforming incoming prospects into tangible leads. This pre-sales position is fast-paced and requires a proactive approach to engage with potential clients and facilitate a smooth sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Address inbound inquiries and manage prospect communications through web chat and call centers.
• Engage in proactive follow-ups on after-hours or missed calls.
• Utilize various communication methods (text messaging, emails, phone calls) to connect with potential sellers.
• Coordinate appointments for Real Estate Consultants to further the sales process.
• Oversee lead monitoring and auditing to ensure timely engagement.
• Assign unallocated leads to Real Estate Consultants.
• Conduct follow-ups on aged leads to optimize conversion prospects.
• Provide comprehensive sales support as required.
  
  

Required Skills

• Exceptional communication skills for managing inbound inquiries and prospect calls.
• Proven ability to follow up on leads to initiate the qualification process.
• Experience working with consumers/homeowners is preferred.
• Knowledge of the real estate sector is a plus.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume inbound/outbound call environment.
• Background in lead follow-up is essential.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
