Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead and refine SEM strategies across platforms including Google Search, Apple Search Ads, and Bing, to propel growth for both Web and iOS applications.
- Design and scale high-performing web search campaigns employing advanced keyword optimization, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation to elevate conversions and optimize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Strengthen Apple Search Ads effectiveness by integrating best practices in App Store Optimization (ASO) to boost app visibility, installs, and conversion rates.
- Implement A/B testing across ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to enhance key performance metrics such as installs, trial sign-ups, and paid subscriptions.
- Assess, analyze, and enhance campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize budgets and replicate successful methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure SEM initiatives align with overarching business objectives and to integrate campaigns into the broader growth strategy.
- Investigate innovative and unconventional approaches to paid search marketing, uncovering new pathways for user acquisition and growth scaling.
- Remain proactive in keeping abreast of industry trends, search engine updates, and emerging best practices to maintain competitive and effective campaigns.
- A minimum of 4 years of practical experience in managing SEM campaigns, demonstrating measurable success in enhancing performance-driven initiatives for Web and iOS platforms.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Bing, and adept at keyword research and optimization techniques.
- Proven ability to manage substantial budgets while increasing efficiency and reducing customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Strong analytical capabilities, proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools like Looker and Tableau.
- Familiar with attribution models, including last-click attribution, to facilitate accurate campaign performance analysis.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and data-driven campaign enhancements.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the capacity to present actionable insights to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- A growth-oriented mindset characterized by a passion for experimentation, innovation, and optimization.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt strategies as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a digital subscription or wellness-focused enterprise is advantageous, paired with a genuine interest in wellness, yoga, or meditation.
