Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for assigned global enterprise clients, cultivating trust-based relationships.
- Develop and sustain long-term partnerships that promote client success and business growth.
- Provide expert advice on eCommerce best practices, performance enhancement, and maximizing platform value.
- Analyze client data to reveal insights and recommend solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Lead strategic discussions with clients, offering data-driven recommendations to ensure effective eCommerce strategies.
- Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within existing accounts to stimulate growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor client performance consistently, delivering insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and present performance reports to executive audiences, influencing decision-making and securing support for new initiatives.
- Advocate passionately for client success, ensuring their needs are addressed with exceptional service and support.
- Negotiate and manage contracts for renewals or expansion opportunities.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Consulting, ideally within eCommerce, digital advertising, or SaaS sectors.
- Proven track record in managing global enterprise clients and cultivating high-value partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in surpassing assigned Sales or Revenue targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing at the executive level.
- Proficient problem-solving skills, with the capacity to manage various priorities effectively.
