Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of Google Ads campaigns (Search/Display) aimed at driving traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Participate in the formulation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and programmatic advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise and implement marketing strategies that enhance overall performance.
- Employ analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Hubspot to track, assess, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, iterating based on data-driven insights.
- Manage multiple projects effectively, adapting priorities as necessary to meet deadlines consistently.
- Communicate and present ideas, campaign outcomes, and insights clearly and effectively to various audiences.
- Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in digital marketing with a focus on Google Ads and analytics.
- Profound technical expertise in digital marketing platforms, including campaign management and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Competency in crafting compelling digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot), as well as knowledge of email campaigns, SEO, A/B testing, and data analytics.
- A proactive and collaborative team player with a strong desire for continuous learning and innovation, particularly in the HealthTech sector.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a startup environment or within the HealthTech industry is a plus.
