Key Responsibilities
- Analyze substantial data sets (100K records) to unearth insights and opportunities for enhancement, synthesizing findings for senior leadership.
- Leverage BI tools to extract data and generate reports that monitor key performance metrics across the business.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Finance, Sales, Marketing, and the Contact Center, to refine business processes and operational efficiencies.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives designed to elevate customer lifetime value and drive revenue growth.
- Create and manage reports that track sales performance, customer retention, and the implications of pricing strategies, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Oversee project management by breaking work into milestones, prioritizing impactful tasks, and maintaining visibility with leadership.
- 4 years of experience in consulting, private equity, investment banking, or a similar field.
- Strong analytical capability with a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in BI tools (experience with Looker preferred) and advanced Excel skills for thorough analysis and modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple functions and influence teams effectively to drive significant change.
- Self-motivated with exemplary problem-solving skills and the capacity to work independently.
- Strong business acumen, complemented by a detail-oriented and results-focused approach.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with a proactive mentality.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
