• Partner with country-specific social media teams to generate unique campaigns and content that resonate with our international brand strategy.
• Develop captivating content aimed at fostering interaction across all social channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and more.
• Coordinate with localized teams to enhance our global brand presence and ensure consistency across markets.
• Stay on top of the latest social media trends, conversations, and competitor activity to ensure our content remains relevant.
• Write and refine social media copy, develop scripts for visual assets, and curate on-brand content tailored for diverse global audiences.
• Analyze social media performance data qualitatively and quantitatively to create informative weekly and campaign reports.
  
  

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in managing social media channels, preferably with agency or client management experience.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring a global team of social media professionals.
• Strong design sensibility with a keen interest in visual storytelling.
• Background in copywriting or journalism is advantageous.
• Proficient in Slack and Google Suite, with a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• In-depth experience with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok, including familiarity with tools like Creator Studio.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools is a plus.
