About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead our Catalyst product tailored for small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs). In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, working collaboratively with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to establish and prioritize a roadmap that not only drives user success but also propels business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define Product Vision - Collaborate with the Head of Product to create and implement a compelling vision for our platform. Design a data-driven roadmap that balances immediate successes with long-term objectives.
• Conduct Market Discovery - Engage in customer interviews, conduct thorough market research, and perform competitor analysis to uncover key opportunities. Transform insights into actionable product hypotheses, validating through rigorous testing and iteration.
• Strategic Prioritization - Make informed decisions based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer requirements. Clearly communicate trade-offs to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Enhance Product Offerings - Champion the voice of the customer by thoroughly understanding their needs and advocating for solutions that align with both user and business goals. Collect feedback, monitor performance, and identify avenues for ongoing product enhancement.
• Foster Collaborative Efforts - Act as a liaison between engineering, go-to-market (GTM), and customer success teams, ensuring the effective implementation of product initiatives. Maintain alignment and transparency with stakeholders through proactive communication.
• Embrace Continuous Learning - Stay ahead of trends in climate technology and product management. Actively seek feedback, pursue learning opportunities, and contribute to the company’s overall growth.

• Experience in an early-stage startup is advantageous.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in sectors such as fintech, marketplaces, or B2B SaaS.
