We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Senior Program Manager - Workplace Wellbeing to further our mission. This pivotal role will be instrumental in advancing initiatives that address workplace risks associated with wellbeing, including substance misuse, fatigue, mental health, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement core programs within the Workplace Wellbeing initiative, ensuring their successful execution and alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline objectives, deliverables, milestones, and key tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of all activities.
• Create impactful messaging and educational materials to engage and inform our target audiences, utilizing partnerships with Marketing & Communication teams.
• Represent the Workplace Wellbeing program at various internal and external events, sharing valuable insights and engaging with stakeholders.
• Stay informed about the latest best practices in employee health and safety by connecting with industry professionals and subject matter experts.
• Advocate for evidence-based strategies to promote positive changes across workplace wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree coupled with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or 10 years in a comparable role.

Compensation And Benefits

This remote position offers a competitive salary of $75,000, along with:
