Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a holistic social media strategy for diverse product lines spanning industries such as Driving, Real Estate, and Insurance.
- Establish clear social media objectives and performance indicators to ensure alignment with overarching business goals.
- Design and execute innovative and engaging social media campaigns that foster interaction and broaden brand visibility.
- Build and manage relationships with influencers, establishing enduring partnerships that enhance brand credibility and reach.
- Oversee the content calendar, ensuring timely posts aligned with marketing initiatives and platform trends.
- Monitor, assess, and refine social media performance, adapting strategies to maximize outcomes.
- Lead, nurture, and expand a team of internal staff, contractors, and agencies to achieve company objectives.
- Collaborate with third-party providers to amplify internal social media efforts.
- Partner with web and analytics teams to integrate insights into content and campaigns for continuous performance improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Over 10 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in social media management, with expertise in paid, organic, and influencer strategies, ideally managing a social media budget of $5 million or more.
- Proven track record of building and scaling a substantial social media presence across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) that contributes to profitable revenue growth.
- Demonstrated experience in crafting compelling, narrative-driven content tailored for specific social channels.
- Strong proficiency in performance tracking tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Meltwater) and the ability to utilize data for both immediate decisions and long-term strategy refinement.
- A collaborative mindset with an aptitude for seamless teamwork across cross-functional groups.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and partners.
- Proven leadership skills in developing and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Availability to reside in one of the following locations: California, Colorado, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York (excluding boroughs), North Carolina, Texas, Utah, or Washington.
