- Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy that aligns with overarching business objectives, emphasizing brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess marketing effectiveness and refine strategies based on analytical insights.
- Oversee marketing operations, ensuring the implementation of efficient processes and workflows across platforms such as HubSpot.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to identify and address any bottlenecks in the partner lead handoff process.
- Serve as the custodian of the brand, ensuring that messaging is consistent with company values and resonates with intended audiences.
- Drive demand generation initiatives that convert prospective clients into dedicated customers through integrated marketing campaigns.
- Formulate and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring optimal positioning and messaging.
- Cultivate strong relationships with industry analysts to enhance market credibility and inform marketing strategies.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Extensive experience in brand, demand generation, and product marketing within the B2B SaaS sector.
- Strong analytical acumen with the ability to measure marketing return on investment (ROI).
- Proficiency with marketing technology platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
- Exceptional leadership abilities and aptitude for collaboration across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years of marketing leadership experience within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling marketing organizations, particularly in Series B or growth-stage companies.

- Base salary: \(250,000-\)275,000 variable compensation
