As a Territory Manager for Spinal Cord Stimulation Therapy, you will be instrumental in executing the commercial strategy and ensuring clinical excellence for our sophisticated Evoke therapy within your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your sales territory and implement effective market development strategies.
- Oversee clinician training initiatives and lead tactical sales operations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring the optimal use of Evoke systems to achieve revenue targets.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with key opinion leaders and clients.
- Drive growth initiatives and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring core messaging resonates in the market.
- Collect competitive intelligence and conduct market analysis to provide insights that inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Over three years of relevant business experience, including a minimum of three years in medical device sales.
- Proven history of sales success in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts, with the ability to effectively communicate the value of Evoke to diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks with precision.
- Adaptability to adjust strategies based on new opportunities or challenges in a dynamic setting.
- Bachelor's degree or at least five years of experience in programmable implantable device sales.
- A minimum of three years of experience working in operating rooms and interacting with patients.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including potential overnight stays.
