We are in search of a highly skilled and innovative Vice President of Product who will spearhead our product strategy and vision. Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement a strategic product vision that resonates with the company's overarching goals.
  • Manage the development of both immediate and long-term product roadmaps, effectively balancing priorities and resource allocation.
  • Partner with senior executives, including the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), to clarify and enhance product goals and objectives.
  • Build and nurture strong interdepartmental collaborations among product management, engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver groundbreaking products that address customer needs and stimulate business expansion.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of product managers and designers, guiding their professional growth and ensuring their contributions are recognized.
  • Monitor and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) to validate the success and impact of product initiatives.
  • Stay informed of market trends and competitive dynamics, utilizing insights to maintain product differentiation and innovation.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated success in a senior product leadership role within a rapidly growing B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in translating corporate strategies into tactical product initiatives and multi-generational roadmaps.
  • Experience in developing IT and data-driven applications, particularly for data professionals, is highly advantageous.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team empowerment and collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and aptitude for building robust relationships across various teams and stakeholders.
  • Capability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments while remaining aligned with long-term objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in a senior product management capacity at a high-growth B2B SaaS organization.
  • A balanced approach to strategic thinking and customer-centric insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a pertinent field is preferred.
