Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture robust client relationships through transparency, teamwork, and measurable outcomes.
  • Formulate and implement strategic growth initiatives aimed at fulfilling client objectives.
  • Assess and report on significant retail media performance indicators, pinpointing areas for enhancement.
  • Propel traffic, conversion rates, and organic search standings through data-driven methodologies.
  • Recognize additional sales prospects, including retailer programs and promotional efforts.
  • Create and manage annual budget strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Design and execute marketing timelines that reflect seasonal trends, product launches, and client media agendas.
  • Employ technology to oversee budget management, observe trends, and present insights to clients.
  • Generate comprehensive performance reports, analyze market trends, and benchmark against competitors.
  • Optimize revenue and profitability while adhering to client priorities such as product innovation and brand positioning.
  • Develop targeted retail media strategies for new product introductions, ensuring alignment with key performance metrics.
  • Deliver ongoing analysis, reporting, and insights to both internal and client management teams.

Required Skills

  • Over 5 years of experience in eCommerce account management, sales, or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record in account management, demonstrating exceptional relationship-building capabilities.
  • Background in product management, project management, financial analysis, negotiation, or marketing is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of the interplay between retail media, sales, and operations.
  • Expertise in managing intricate search and display media strategies across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, or Instacart.
  • Capacity to achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to convert extensive data sets into actionable strategies.
  • Proficient in Excel is essential.
  • Previous experience in team management is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
