Key Responsibilities
- Support Go-To-Market (GTM) teams by aligning strategies, refining processes, and optimizing tools to ensure streamlined operations.
- Develop and sustain a comprehensive KPI dashboard to monitor performance metrics effectively.
- Provide insights to enhance the GTM strategy, adapting it based on market trends and data analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, BD, CS, and Marketing teams to share insights and improve data visibility for informed decision-making.
- Ensure the integrity and consistency of key metrics across systems, aligning data with strategic objectives.
- Lead the revenue capacity modeling process, which encompasses sales forecasting, pipeline coverage, compensation planning, and customer retention.
- Work with revenue leadership to fine-tune GTM processes and technology solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Monitor and assess GTM metrics, identifying opportunities for process refinement and accurate reporting.
- Manage the CRM (Salesforce) and associated technologies to guarantee seamless integration and functionality.
- Build and guide a high-performing Revenue Operations team that thrives in a fast-paced environment, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.
- Extensive expertise in Salesforce and other CRM systems, alongside proficiency with BI platforms such as Qlik.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with significant project management skills.
- Familiarity with AI technologies to augment revenue operations through advanced data analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
- Over 10 years of experience in revenue operations, sales, marketing, or related areas.
- A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, with a proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional leaders to enhance operations and maximize data system value.
