Key Responsibilities
- Engage in meaningful conversations with families via phone, sharing insights about our swim programs and advocating for water safety.
- Address inquiries and alleviate concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Promote the advantages of our swim lessons and facilitate the enrollment journey for families.
- Meet and surpass sales objectives by assisting families in selecting the ideal programs tailored to their needs.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and follow-ups to ensure seamless communication.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to stay updated on class schedules, promotions, and relevant information.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, creating a positive and welcoming experience from the initial contact.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a warm and engaging demeanor.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in phone sales or customer service settings.
- A strong commitment to water safety and the ability to convey its significance to families.
- Outstanding listening and problem-solving capabilities to identify customer needs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills for managing multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
- Proficiency in technology, including CRM software and various communication tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while demonstrating proactivity and motivation.
