Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture trust-based relationships as the primary contact for assigned global enterprise clients.
- Develop and sustain long-term partnerships that drive client success and business expansion.
- Deliver expert consultation on eCommerce best practices and optimize the performance of our platform.
- Analyze client data to extract insights and recommend solutions aligned with their business objectives.
- Conduct strategic sessions with clients, presenting data-driven recommendations to ensure effective eCommerce strategies.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to meet client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor client performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve results.
- Prepare and present performance reports to executive-level audiences, influencing decisions and securing buy-in for new initiatives.
- Act as a dedicated advocate for client success, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost service and support.
- Negotiate and manage contracts for renewals or expansion opportunities.
- Minimum of 5 years in Account Management, Client Success, or Consulting roles, preferably within eCommerce, digital advertising, or SaaS.
- Proven track record in managing global enterprise clients and high-value partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding assigned Sales or Revenue targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing at the executive level.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and proficiency in balancing multiple priorities.
- A strategic thinker who proactively identifies growth opportunities to enhance client outcomes.
- Adaptable and thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Relevant experience with eCommerce platforms, digital advertising, or software solutions.
- Familiarity with performance-based advertising metrics and data analysis tools.
