Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aimed at elite nonprofit marketing and fundraising agencies, alongside prominent federated organizations such as Red Cross, United Way, Greenpeace, and YMCAs.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with senior decision-makers at targeted organizations.
- Collaborate with agency leaders and federated organizations to develop and present compelling joint value propositions.
- Facilitate platform adoption by partnering closely with allies to deliver training, resources, and ongoing assistance.
- Negotiate and oversee strategic partnership agreements that set joint revenue objectives, co-selling initiatives, and performance metrics.
- Work in conjunction with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to ensure alignment with overarching company objectives while delivering tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of our partners.
- Act as a representative of our organization at industry conferences and events, promoting our brand and identifying new partnership prospects within the nonprofit landscape.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales, with a documented track record of success in the nonprofit technology domain, particularly involving agencies and federated organizations.
- Profound understanding of the nonprofit fundraising ecosystem, key stakeholders, and the unique requirements of large agencies and federated organizations.
- Possess executive presence, capable of building trust and establishing credibility with senior leaders in the nonprofit sector.
- Exceptional strategic thinking abilities to create partnership frameworks that provide mutual benefits tailored to various stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, effectively articulating value propositions to diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in negotiating and managing intricate partnerships within the nonprofit environment.
- Familiarity with partner management platforms (e.g., PartnerStack, Partner Fleet, Crossbeam) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel as required to strengthen relationships and participate in pertinent industry events.
- 7 years of relevant experience in partnerships or business development, particularly within the nonprofit technology sector.
- Proven ability to handle relationships with nonprofits and federated organizations effectively.
- Excellent strategic thinking and communication capabilities.

Compensation And Benefits
- OTE: \(180,000 - \)200,000
- Base Salary: \(135,000 - \)150,000
