Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover opportunities for new product innovation and improvements to existing offerings.
- Collaborate effectively with R&D teams both nationally and internationally to conceptualize and develop cutting-edge products.
- Design product roadmaps that align with customer requirements and drive growth throughout the product lifecycle.

- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or a suitable combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing within the clinical or research sectors.
- At least 3 years of specialized experience in histopathology, particularly in specimen imaging, grossing, and microtomy.
- Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute product strategies that yield measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
- Availability for travel related to business engagements.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with a proven ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
