Key Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary technical support and service that fosters client success.
- Recognize and capitalize on opportunities for account growth through innovative product offerings and market expansion.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts, including agencies and brands, through both tactical and strategic support.
- Serve as a primary escalation point for client concerns, delivering thoughtful and effective solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on retail media and our platform, contributing to training resources and participating in educational webinars.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive onboarding and educational resources.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance internal processes to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Educate users on the latest platform features and industry best practices.
- Support pre-sales efforts by demonstrating product functionalities and offering optimization recommendations.
- Address technical issues related to software functionality and updates.
- Relay client feedback to the R&D team to support product development discussions.
- Generate reports and document software errors for effective communication with developers.
- 4-5 years of experience in digital/search advertising with deep domain knowledge.
- 2-3 years of experience with eCommerce advertising platforms including Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Criteo, or Kroger (experience with Amazon DSP and similar technologies preferred).
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Proven track record in customer success, consulting, or pre-sales support.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities with a collaborative approach.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

- Competitive annual base salary range of \(95,000 - \)115,000, based on experience, skills, and market data.
- Eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.
