Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of social media accounts, ensuring meticulous execution of all campaigns.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, offering strategic direction and achieving measurable results.
- Engage in weekly communication with external vendors and operational partners to align on project tasks and uphold high standards of quality.
- Develop tailored strategies for clients on a quarterly basis, emphasizing the maximization of results.
- Efficiently manage and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns to ensure superior return on investment.
- Attain a comprehensive understanding of client positioning and their unique value propositions to formulate customized strategies.
- Ensure accurate tracking of campaign performance through lead routing within the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with the Associate Director to meet both internal and client objectives.
- Apply insights from Programmatic campaigns effectively.
- Foster client relationships that lead to cross-selling, upselling, and referrals, leveraging your professional network.
- Execute and enhance LinkedIn ad campaigns, encompassing ad copywriting, target audience development, and strategic ad targeting.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a performance or digital marketing agency, with a strong focus on B2B.
- Expertise in LinkedIn Ads and social media advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge of various LinkedIn ad formats such as conversation ads, document ads, and CTV.
- Proficiency in advertising platforms like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, and 6Sense.
- Strong foundation in paid advertising principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, or Excel to analyze and optimize campaign performance.
- Proven ability to manage accounts at the mid-market or enterprise level.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to communicate strategic insights to clients.
- A proactive and competitive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and staying informed on industry trends.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently.
- Quality-focused approach with a dedication to digital marketing and advertising.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients once a year or as necessary.
