Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the creation and execution of enhanced Payer Marketing Services.
- Spearhead project delivery with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in sales and contracting efforts concerning Payer Marketing Services.
- Conduct thorough research and leverage publicly accessible data to address specific inquiries.
- Organize and lead discussions in both virtual and in-person formats.
- Cultivate and sustain trust-based relationships with clients to ensure exceptional satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to propel strategic initiatives and provide valuable insights.
- Commit to ongoing professional development and enhancement of technical expertise in support of team growth.
- 5 years of experience in Payer Marketing and/or Market Access within pharmaceutical firms or agencies.
- Proven track record in developing educational materials for payers.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities, adept at engaging multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to undertake travel 10-15% of the time as necessary.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sectors is a plus.
- Background in healthcare-focused marketing agencies is preferred.
- Familiarity with Market Research, Product Lifecycle management, Launch Readiness, and Field Force Engagement is advantageous.

- Competitive salary range: \(89,800 - \)176,700 annually (commensurate with experience, education, and location).
