Optum is seeking a health care professional to serve as a critical team member for the execution of pharmaceutical industry focused Payer Marketing consulting services. The related services represent an expansion of offerings from the Pharmacy Advisory Services (PAS) team, which sits in the broader Optum Advisory Services (OAS) organization. Current PAS offerings include a variety of actuarial- and payer-focused education, modeling, and strategy services.
The Senior Consultant will work together with the Senior Director responsible for this expansion, as well as other PAS and OAS subject matter experts and consultants, upon market-readiness of the expanded offerings, the Senior Consultant will be the operational lead for all projects and, with other team members, will be expected to achieve the highest levels of client satisfaction. The role includes what will be significant interaction with our clients, external experts, and other colleagues across our corporate matrix.

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
