Key Responsibilities:
Solution Collaboration & Initiation (50%)
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand current experiences, identify gaps, and define necessary data requirements for new consumer experiences.
- Engage in Product Intake (IS), working with the team to determine timing, requirements, and scope, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product and translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements for the Product Analyst and Product Owner.
- Build and maintain roadmaps based on business and stakeholder priorities.
- Define dependencies, risks, and acceptance criteria for product enhancements.
- Provide supporting documentation and articulate key definitions to ensure clarity in execution.
- Deliver full and detailed requirements to the Product Owner for capability and feature development.
- Continuously optimize the Non-DTC and Agent Online Enrollment tool for improved performance.
- Define and document technical enhancements to maintain consistency and maximize product efficiency.
- Track feature impact to measure effectiveness and determine ROI for future developments.
- 5 years of product management experience.
- 5 years of experience working with stakeholders to define business and technical requirements.
- 3 years of experience in Agile development.
- Strong ability to understand both business strategy and technical execution, translating into actionable requirements.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to gain stakeholder confidence and consensus.
- Ability to define dependencies, risks, and acceptance criteria effectively.
- Experience in Medicare Supplemental insurance or Health Insurance is a plus (not required).
Salary : $60 - $80
