Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive product strategy aimed at driving revenue, growth, and market share.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including complete pumps and service parts, across both sales and rental markets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define product specifications, requirements, and enhancements.
- Create and manage product pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Develop and deliver product training and sales enablement resources to support internal teams.
- Analyze product performance metrics, providing data-driven insights for enhancements.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products to ensure our market leadership.
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field (an MBA is an advantage).
- Demonstrated experience in product management, ideally within the industrial equipment or manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, coupled with a data-driven approach.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills for engaging internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in thriving within a fast-paced, dynamic environment while leading cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) software is a plus.
