Key Responsibilities
- Lead the formulation of the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Search & Personalization, promoting enhanced user engagement.
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to develop impactful features that elevate the search experience and facilitate meaningful user interactions.
- Convert complex technical capabilities into concise product requirements and prioritize them effectively.
- Design and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments, optimizing key metrics such as activation rates and user retention.
- Communicate insights and findings across all organizational levels, fostering alignment on priorities and objectives.
- Partner with design teams to craft seamless user experiences that make sound discovery enjoyable.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess success and inform ongoing improvements.
- Conduct user research and analyze data to glean insights into user needs, guiding product decisions.
- Share updates on product strategy and progress with key stakeholders, including leadership.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing AI/ML-driven personalization products at scale.
- Profound understanding of search technologies (e.g., Elasticsearch, Solr) and personalization algorithms.
- Proven track record of leveraging data for informed decision-making and driving experimentation.
- Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and align stakeholders toward impactful results.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering comprehensive products that achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Solid grasp of UX/UI design principles and usability, ensuring user-centric product development.
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch is advantageous.

- Competitive salary range of \(135,000 - \)147,500, commensurate with experience.
