Key Responsibilities
- Manage a multi-state territory with regular in-person visits to achieve sales objectives (4-5 days of in-field sales activities per week, with 1-2 overnight stays).
- Introduce and educate healthcare providers on our cutting-edge VR pain management platform within VA/DoD facilities.
- Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to drive daily prescriptions and product utilization.
- Advocate for the evidence supporting VR-based therapeutics as a groundbreaking solution for chronic pain management.
- Independently identify and pursue sales leads while effectively prioritizing tasks with minimal supervision.
- Utilize your knowledge of reimbursement strategies to cultivate a robust book of business.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to showcase our platform.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities for clear pipeline visibility and forecasting.
- Adapt sales strategies to align with the evolving needs of emerging channels or programs.
- Conduct all sales activities with integrity, adhering to company policies, regulations, and laws.
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B or medical sales experience (e.g., prescriptive DME, pharmaceutical, or medical devices).
- Established relationships within the VA/DoD; veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Experience in selling disruptive technologies or launching new products is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the pain management market and current telehealth trends.
- Understanding of device reimbursement and CPT codes within the DME space.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset suited for a startup environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience in sales or healthcare is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation And Benefits
- Base Salary Range: \(100,000 to \)120,000, commensurate with experience and location.
- Additional Compensation: Competitive commission structure, car allowance, and equity opportunities.
