- Facilitate engaging trade training sessions and lunch-and-learn events for partners
- Ensure exceptional standards for displays, merchandising, and point-of-sale materials at partner locations
- Collaborate with partners to align growth objectives and strategize for market expansion
- Host live events to unveil new products and foster enthusiasm
- Regularly travel to connect with dealers, designers, builders, and influencers
- Identify new market expansion opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Conduct business reviews with partners to pinpoint areas for focused growth
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proven success in cultivating and maintaining stakeholder relationships
- Confidence in delivering formal presentations to varied audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- 3-5 years of experience in outside sales or related roles, particularly within the residential sector, luxury appliances, or plumbing industries
- A background in sales and account management is strongly preferred
