Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand a strong client portfolio by interacting with small to medium-sized businesses through cold calls and face-to-face meetings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, providing them with value-driven solutions.
  • Create and implement engaging training programs that cover sales methodologies, product knowledge, customer relationship management, and effective objection handling.
  • Facilitate hands-on training sessions to empower both new and existing sales representatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to determine training needs and formulate strategies for ongoing improvement.
  • Assess training impact using feedback and performance indicators, making necessary data-informed adjustments.
  • Offer continual coaching and personalized support to new hires, ensuring they feel confident and equipped for success.
  • Act as a mentor, guiding team members in skill enhancement and career development.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record in sales, exemplifying strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-driven, professional, and enthusiastic about growth within a supportive team setting.
  • Prior experience with sales-related software (e.g., CRM systems) is advantageous.
  • Basic computer proficiency and a proactive, positive attitude are crucial.
  • Willingness to learn about the insurance sector and pursue the necessary licenses, with financial support for licensing provided.
  • Previous customer service experience is a valuable addition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (or nearing degree completion). Remarkable sales experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain a Health & Life insurance license.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation: Earn between \(85,000 and \)100,000 annually, inclusive of a competitive weekly draw, commissions, and performance bonuses.
